Started Fish Oil Omega 3 1000ml  and B complex

Started Tea-O-Kosong

Tried cutting down on Sugar consumption

24 Aug.

Felt pulling strain on right back neck. Typical pulling off neck pain. Felt tired in afternoon.

25 Aug.

Morning wake up. Don’t feel sufficient rest. Dry cough. Pee is yellowish greenish. Feel heart beating fast – 73bpm.

General feeling.  Heavy on central and left front brain

Whole day with Foggy Head. Lunch in Paradise Inn, heavy stuff, sleepy after the meal.

Night. Felt heavy on left center part of brain. Can’t think much.

28 Aug

Due to lag of sleep, headache for whole morning. Sneezing whole day.

29 Aug

Cough profusely whole day. burning sensation in the throat. Took 10ml Dimetapp in the evening, hope can recover in time for holiday.

15 Sep

On Elemental Diet for more then a week without much improvement. Read alot. Lectins, Candida, … all link back to Leaky Gut Symptom. Will need to nail this down.

Cuting out Grains, Seeds, sugar will help remove the cause.

Bone Broth will help heal.

Need extra healing with L-Glutamine. 10-20-30-40g in first 4 days. Maintain 40g for 5 days and tapper down to 10g per day for maintenance. Mix L-Glutamine power with cold water, sip in between meals.

Quercetin – 500mg 3 times daily with meal

Digestive Enzymes – before meal.

Probiotic – at least 50Billion CFU daily.

We need to know our own strength and capabilities. Leveraging on others that are better and more qualified then us on those areas that we are weak at.

It can be butter trade, exchanging X. And X can be Money, Time, Asset, Knowledge, Experience.

Value of X. from least to most. Money > Time > Asset > Knowledge > Experience. Why is that so.

Creativity/Knowledge/Experience/Skills can be the same.

Reign Gainers Pte Ltd – Reign Geoponics

Hydrophonic agriculture investment.

Imagine investing $50,000 for 6years @ 10% return annually. Making it $80,000 at end of year 6.

The business plan that Reign put on the table is that they will build, sell it to the investor follow by leasing it back from the investor for them to operate.

From the marketing guy, one tower can produce 8KG of greens per month, and they will make them into 150g pack Salad Bowl. They can sell it at $6.50 per Bowl. This end up as (8,000*12*6/150) * 6.50 = $24,960 revenue for the full 6 years.

I don’t see how these numbers add up.

They started in Nov 2015 with $2,000,000 paid up capital, and standing on $6,500,000 now in Aug 2016. First crop in May 2016, and ZERO sales till date. Targeting full investment of $11,000,000 by year end.

With the END IN MIND

Introduced to Simon Sinek by my sis some weeks back. Simon has a nice concept which is to say his age is XX years to 70 instead of years from birth. With that, he actually think in term of time left for him to complete the things he is passionate and desired to do.

We’ve limited time on this planet, it is a strong concept that I concur. I’m now 23 years till  I turn 70.. By that time I would be too old to move around and may no longer have a clear mind.

What are the things that I’d like to achieve in these 23 years… which by the way is not long… got to start planning….  the bucket list.
