Engaging Lectin Free / Paleo Diet. Need to look out for affordable fish supply.

Arrowtooth Flonder  – Wild caught in Alaska. (SengSong : $9.00/1kg) Mild taste, prone to turn mushy when cook due to enzyme. The frozen version doesn’t mush going through microwave cooking. Strong fishy smell. It’s shrink quite a bit with 5 mins microwave cooking.
Sole Fish – (Fairprice : $5.50/227G)
Sutchi Fish – Farmed. May not be clean. (Fairprice : $4.25/1kg)
Salmon – Expensive (Fairprice : $6.45/300G, $15.95/800G)
Saba/mackerel – (Fairprice : $5.85/400G)

  • Woke up around 4-5am. Fingers joint pain. Fogginess. Shoulder join uncomfortable. Loose stool.

  • Woke up in middle of night around 3:30am. light sleep till 6:30am. Bloating and loose stool. Need to check out how long does it take Leaky Gut to heal.

  • 15 Sep – 12:00 – A cut of Alaska Pollock. It shrink pretty much with 6 mins microwave cooking, not something that I expected. It has firm texture unlike the Arrowtooth.
  • 15 Sep – 18:00 – Have 2 Purple Sweet Potatoes for Dinner. Pressure steamed for 25mins. can cut the time.
  • DAY 10
  • A bit of loose stool, and gas. need to find out what causes bloating and gas for Leaky Gut.
  • 16 Sep – 09:00 – 1 Serving. Purchased Kim Chi.
  • 16 Sep – 13:00 – 1 Serving + 1 portion of Pollock. Fry.
  • 16 Sep – 18:00 – 2 halves of Mackerel pen fry with sunflower oil

  • Little bloating and lots of gas. may be result of previous night fish.

  • Digestive systems looks fine today.

  • 18 Sep – 12:00 – 1 whole Mackerel pen fry + 1 Japanese Sweet Potato and KimChi + Bone Broth. Complete meal.
  • 18 Sep – 18:00 – 2 Japanese Sweet Potato + some long grapes. Have gas and farted. Felt foggy around 21:00, not sure is it the Sweet Potatoes or the Grapes
  • DAY 13
  • Bloat, Gas, Stomach cramp. all in the morning. May be the effect of grape. Leaky gut is actually leaky on the small intestine, and food spend 3-4 hours in the small intestine. Any side effect of food will likely show up during this period.
  • 19 Sep – 08:00 – 1 Serving. Cutting out Sweet Potato too to test.
  • 19 Sep – 12:00 – 1 Mackerel whole + Bone Broth. Cleared stomach a few time this morning.

Comprehensive Blood and Urine Test

Deposited blood and urine sample for comprehensive test today with PathLab.

Total cost is $170 for 18KS and $112 for 5 additional test.

Blood Test result is generally fine. all within limits except ESR – count of 16. This indicates inflammation. Where? it can’t tell.

With all data gathered.  It’s quite firm that I’m suffering from Leaky Gut Symptom.
